About the Role
AHF is seeking an Accounting Intern Analyst to support day-to-day bookkeeping and basic financial organization. This role helps ensure transactions are tracked properly, files are kept organized, and the finance team has what they need for reporting and filings. You will work closely with the AHF finance head to support accurate records and simple internal reporting.
Requirements
Support bookkeeping tasks such as categorizing transactions and organizing receipts
Help maintain clean financial records in spreadsheets or bookkeeping software
Assist with preparing simple summaries for internal reporting
Support documentation needed for filings, reporting, and financial compliance
Keep finance folders and records organized and easy to audit
Communicate clearly about missing information and follow-up needs
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration is an asset
Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
