About the Role

AHF is seeking a Fundraising Officer to strengthen relationships with donors and supporters. This role focuses on consistent communication, thoughtful follow ups, and helping donors feel connected to the mission and the people they are supporting. You will work with AHF leadership to maintain donor engagement through emails, calls, meetings, and updates that build long term trust.

Requirements

  • Maintain warm, professional communication with donors through email and phone

  • Schedule and support donor meetings and follow ups when needed

  • Keep donor information organized and up to date in a simple tracking system

  • Share impact updates and program milestones with donors in a timely way

  • Support fundraising outreach plans and help identify new potential supporters

  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure messaging is consistent and accurate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable representing AHF in a professional setting

  • Experience in fundraising, sales, partnerships, or community engagement is an asset

  • Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
