About the Role
The Field Operations Associate plays a vital front-line role in supporting AHF’s community outreach, fundraising and kit distribution initiatives. Working directly with vulnerable populations, this position ensures that all field activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and respectfully, in alignment with AHF’s values of dignity, compassion, and transparency. The role bridges logistics, volunteer coordination, and community engagement to keep field operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for community work, advocacy, or homelessness-related causes
Previous experience with nonprofits or social causes (an asset but not required)
