About the Role
AHF is seeking Field Operations Associates to support in-person events and on-the-ground program delivery. This role supports fundraisers, bake sales, bottle drives, and distribution events as needed. Field Operations Associates help ensure events run smoothly by supporting setup, coordination, respectful engagement, and basic logistics on event days.
Requirements
Support set up and take down for events and distributions
Assist with organizing supplies, signage, and event materials
Support respectful engagement and basic communication during events
Help track simple event notes such as turnout, supplies used, and outcomes
Coordinate with team leads to follow instructions and adapt as needed
Reliable and comfortable with in-person community work
Ability to work as part of a team in fast-moving environments
Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week, with more during event weeks
