About the Role

AHF is seeking a Kit Assembly and Inventory Management Associate to support our care kit distribution program. This role focuses on consistently assembling kits, tracking inventory levels, and helping ensure we always know what supplies we have and what we need next. You will support smooth, dignified distribution by keeping the behind-the-scenes logistics organized. You would be working closely with the Distribution team to ensure all kits are given to them, and a run-down of the amount and type of items in the kits, depending on the kit type.

Requirements

  • Assemble care kits according to AHF standards and packing lists

  • Track incoming supplies and update inventory counts regularly

  • Flag low stock items and support restocking plans with leadership

  • Help organize storage so items are easy to find and distribute

  • Support preparation for distribution days by ensuring kits are ready on time

  • Maintain simple records of kits assembled and kits distributed

  • Reliable and comfortable with hands-on operational tasks

  • Experience with inventory tracking or logistics is an asset

  • Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
