About the Role

AHF is seeking a Program Manager for Campus Partnerships to build relationships with student clubs and organizations at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University. This role focuses on planning fundraising collaborations such as bake sales, donation drives, and campus events. You will help create a simple repeatable outreach process and support students who want to get involved in a meaningful way. You would be on campus, setting up and attending the events.

Requirements

  • Reach out to student clubs and campus groups to propose collaborations

  • Coordinate planning for bake sales, fundraisers, and campus events

  • Provide clear event guidelines and support students with execution steps

  • Maintain a list of campus contacts and track outreach and outcomes

  • Work with AHF leadership to align campus events with organizational goals

  • Identify opportunities to grow campus presence and participation

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Comfortable leading outreach and coordinating logistics with multiple groups

  • Experience in campus leadership, events, or partnerships is an asset

  • Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
