About the Role

AHF is seeking a Community Partnership Program Manager to build relationships with nonprofits, community organizations, and local partners. This role focuses on outreach, proposal building, and representing AHF in collaboration conversations. You will help expand our network and create partnerships that strengthen our ability to serve the community sustainably.

Requirements

  • Identify potential community partners and lead outreach conversations

  • Develop partnership proposals with clear value and program alignment

  • Represent AHF in meetings and maintain professional follow-up communication

  • Track partnership conversations, next steps, and outcomes in an organized system

  • Work with leadership to align partnerships with AHF priorities and capacity

  • Support relationship maintenance through updates and consistent communication

  • Strong communication, confidence in outreach, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in partnerships, nonprofits, community engagement, or sales is an asset

  • Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week
