About the Role

AHF is seeking a Research Coordinator to lead our scoping review and support the completion of a research project that contributes to meaningful, evidence-based work. This role focuses on coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and supporting manuscript writing and project organization. You will work closely with AHF leadership and research volunteers to keep the project moving forward and maintain high-quality outputs.

Requirements

  • Lead coordination of the scoping review process from planning to completion

  • Create timelines, assign tasks, and follow up to keep progress consistent

  • Support literature screening, data extraction, and organization of sources

  • Maintain clear documentation and version control for research files

  • Support manuscript drafting, editing, and formatting as needed

  • Communicate regularly with the team and summarize progress updates

  • Strong organization skills and comfort managing multi-step projects

  • Experience with academic research, systematic reviews, or writing is an asset

  • Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
