About the Role
AHF is seeking Software and Website Design Support to help maintain and improve our digital tools and website. This role is a mix of general IT support and website updates, helping ensure our online presence is clear, reliable, and easy for the public to navigate. You will work with leadership and communications to support improvements that build trust with donors, partners, and the community.
Requirements
Support basic website updates and page edits as needed
Help troubleshoot common tech issues and recommend simple solutions
Assist with improving website structure, clarity, and user experience
Support integrations such as forms, donation links, and analytics when needed
Maintain organized documentation of changes and access information
Communicate clearly and provide simple instructions for non-technical teammates
Experience with Wix, web design, or general IT support is an asset
Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week
